MAC Home Computer Instructions. After you are connected with the Big-IP-Edge VPN Client, you will need to install the Microsoft Remote desktop client from the App Store. Go to Applications 'Microsoft Remote Desktop' to launch app; Click + to enter the PC name: (This is the Workstation name on the yellow sticker on your work computer). For Linux, Mac OS X, and Windows-based systems, the Network Access client component is available for automatic download from the BIG-IP ® system. The client component supports secure remote web-based access to the network. It is not the same as the customizable client package that is associated with the connectivity profile.
